Manager, Partnership Development

Responsibilities:

- Assist with business development and account management of prospects and clientele
- Develop sales materials to help close new business - Meeting prep, proposals, presentations, case studies
- Proactively find and qualify leads to work with SVP of Business Development
- Maintain up-to-date prospect and client revenue opportunities in the CRM system
- Creatively contribute to sales and marketing processes to help grow the business
- Manage and train internship team on CRM upkeep, proposal creation, sales campaign execution, etc.
- Plan and organize networking events for sales team in major cities in the US
- Collaborate with internal research and analytics teams to design customized solutions that meet and exceed client’s research goals

Qualifications:

- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Sports Management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the sports industry
- Experience in identifying and mining new leads, comfortable with outbound cold call efforts and responsible for securing meetings with prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM tools - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
