U.S. Cellular sought the help of Navigate Research in order to conduct year-over-year analysis of multiple U.S. Cellular partnerships.
Navigate provided U.S. Cellular with online market research of the general population in each region. Questionnaires were designed to be able to track performance from one year to the next.
U.S. Cellular uses the research findings to tailor their activation plans, rely on quantitative data to make renew/non-renew decisions, compare results to prior years to assess improvement and negotiate investment amounts based on sponsorship performance.
