The Cleveland Browns sought the help of Navigate Research to determine the exposure value a potential field naming rights partner would receive for entitlement at their practice facility.
Navigate conducted a comprehensive exposure value analysis of the potential naming rights agreement. From diligently evaluating all the various points of exposure a sponsor would receive from the Browns’ allocated sponsorship assets, Navigate was able to ascertain the true market value of the sponsorship.
The Browns are currently utilizing the valuation report to demonstrate the value prospective sponsors can achieve from the facility entitlement, as well as the accompanying sponsorship assets. The study allowed sponsor prospects to see tangible, justified values that can be garnered through a partnership with the team.
